“Sapphire – OL” is an original oil painting by the artist Chau Ming Beck, part of the series “Four Seasons” and specifically representing winter. This artwork draws inspiration from the poem “The Way of Presenting a Tranquil Mind” by the Song Dynasty Zen master Wumen-Huichan. The poem reads: “Spring has hundreds of flowers, autumn has the moon, summer has cool breezes, and winter has snow.
