Set Sail – EP

Set Sail – EP is a computer-enhanced version of Chau Ming Beck’s original oil painting “Set Sail – OL”, which depicts sailboats sailing in the morning fog, with their sails dyed golden by the dawn. The sailboats contrast with the water, like flying seagulls. “Set Sail – EP,” after being enhanced, forms a radically different artistic perspective. The whole picture is dominated by purple and green, like an abstract painting made of melted colored glass. In the blur, we can still see the reflection of the mast and the colorful hull.
